Sxwabot is a WhatsApp business-messaging workspace. Your team shares one inbox for every customer conversation, replies can be automated with an AI assistant, and customers can book appointments without leaving the chat.

This is a private workspace — accounts are created by the operator, Sxwabot, and there is no public sign-up.

How it works

The operator creates your account Sxwabot sets up each account and sends a link to choose a password. There is no public sign-up.
Link a WhatsApp number Once signed in, you pair a WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code with the phone that owns it. Nothing is sent or received until a number is linked.
Your team replies from one inbox Incoming messages arrive in a shared inbox. The AI assistant can answer routine questions and take appointment bookings in the same conversation.

Is this WhatsApp?

No. Sxwabot is an independent tool that connects to WhatsApp to send and receive messages on behalf of the account holder. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Why is there no sign-up button?

This is a private workspace, not a public service. Sxwabot creates each account directly, so there is nothing to register for here. If you think you should have access, contact multisystemsoftware@gmail.com.

Why does this site have so few pages?

The service itself lives behind the sign-in — reading conversations, replying and managing bookings all happen inside the workspace. These pages exist so that anyone can see who runs the service and how it handles data before signing in.

What happens to the messages that pass through it?

Messages are relayed through WhatsApp and stored in this workspace so the team can read the conversation history. When the AI assistant is switched on, message text is sent to an AI provider to draft a reply. The privacy notice sets out the detail.
